Q HOW WOULD COLONIC
HYDROTHERAPY BE A BENEFIT
TO ME?
Internal detoxification is often neglected, overlooked and misunderstood. Food allergies and intolerance can cause soft, frequent bowel motions, or worse, constipation and when used laxatives can cause painful cramping. These signs indicate that disease starting on the inside, alerting us that something needs to be done before the condition worsens. A Colonic is a tool intended to be used to create a clean and healthy colon. Once a series is completed the colon will begin to act like Mother Nature intended as every organ in the body is dependent on the colon being normal and healthy. Benefits include:
• Improved digestion and transit time
• Clearer skin • Increased energy and
mental clarity • Fewer headaches
• An improvement in circulatory,
immune and weight problems
• Reduction in some back discomfort.
WHO WILL YOU SEE? In 1996 I experienced some health issues, resulting in stress followed by acne rosacea, and I tried everything to heal myself. Careful research led me to discover colonic hydrotherapy and I immediately recognised the connection between healthy eating, nutrition, taking care of stress levels and regular cleansing of the colon in order to prevent toxic build up. it is my philosophy and passion that body cleansing is an extremely important part of every prevention and curing program. You are guessing: "Dietary changes you made are also a form of cleansing." But, most people need more then this, especially when it comes to liver health. Body Cleansing is even important for children. Our internal organs can hold a lot of toxins, and sometimes, it is impossible to get those toxins out, without doing cleansing. The health of the colon truly affects the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of the person. It also motivates and energises you. So much so that I wanted to offer these benefits to others and I began my quest of training. In October 2002,1 attended the Scottish School of Colonic Hydrotherapy. In 2003 I completed my training and qualified with The European School of Colonic Hydrotherapy and The National College of Holistic Medicine. I am a fully qualified and registered member of the Association of Colonic Hydrotherapists. In addition I regularly attend post-graduate courses for continuing professional development.
